Replace old 'Buy now or pay later' string keys with new 'Buy Now, Pay Later' keys in en.lproj and all Swift code references. Other locale files will be updated separately via automated translation. Committed-By-Agent: goose

Buy Now, Pay Later with If it's okay for these strings to be unlocalized in master (e.g. this is for an unshipped feature), add the label New strings are localized on a weekly basis and are downloaded as part of the release process.
