Description of changes

Adds rehype-lini to the plugin list, after rehype-katex-notranslate.

It compiles ```lini code blocks (pre > code.language-lini) to inline SVG at build time, for the Lini diagram language (https://lini.rs). Similar to rehype-mermaidjs, except the compiler ships as WebAssembly, so it doesn't need a browser. It's a default export, uses the hast/vfile types and hast-util-to-string, walks the tree once and inserts hast elements directly, so it works under MDX. Compile errors show up as vfile messages with the line and column in the source document.

This came out of remarkjs/remark#1500. I'd submitted the remark version there and wooorm pointed out it's really a rehype plugin. The repo has the rehype-plugin topic and keyword.
