lucy_ws(Pixi/RoboStack) needs to work across headless CI, NixOS, and Jetson/NVIDIA setups.gz simstartupGZ_IPwas unset in some environments_gpu_env_actions()now sets EGL/runtime env only when needed (headless,LUCY_GPU_MODE, or NixOS Mesa detected), delays spawn by 8s after Gazebo starts, and defaultsGZ_IPto127.0.0.1.
