Fix the main book workflow: the R setup step activates the existing Python virtual environment before calling IRkernel::installspec, putting the jupyter executable on PATH. Local validation passed: workflow YAML parses; in the activated environment, jupyter kernelspec --version and an R system2 call succeed; make test succeeds with 16 Sphinx warnings.
