release-plz updateto generate a draft changelog, grouped into different sections based on gitmoji tags.docs/changelog.mdto pick highlights, and combine/remove some dependency update entries.Making another beta pre-release to check that uploading of riscv64 wheels to TestPyPI works (before releasing to PyPI properly), and also various other metadata updates made to pyproject.toml. Again, will only release for Python and not the Rust crate, because one of our Cargo dependencies (dlpark) is still a git version rather than a stable version on crates.io.
