Include some more instructions to deal with installing nvTIFF v0.6.0 and patching the header file. Added some new 'CUDA' tabs on the quickstart page to teach reading into cupy arrays via CudaCogReader, mentioning that `device_id` needs to be set appropriately. Cherry-picked from de3fff4 with some modifications.
