We've fallen behind a bit in the versions of the official first-party actions/-namespaced actions. The versions we're using are built with an outdated node and were warning that version is EOL and will be unavailable soon.

CI failure is from a change in the latest unlocked requests release; will be fixed in the upcoming 2.34.2.
