Deferred from the 2026-09-30 standards review (#57); see design/2026-09-30-claude-standards-handoff.md and design/2026-09-30-rule-schema-help-proposal.md.

WB005's old rationale said created feeds the lesson's citation; the audit couldn't trace that through the current renderer, so the rationale is now softer. Trace the supported sandpaper/varnish version before restoring a causal claim.
