Which div class orders does Workbench recognize? (OPEN-01) #62

::: {.custom .questions} gives WB201 and WB204 because wbcheck reads only the first class. Pandoc keeps both classes, but that doesn't show what Workbench does.

Evidence needed: run .custom .questions, .questions .custom, IDs/attributes, nesting, and indentation through the current pegboard/sandpaper and compare. Change WB201/WB204 only after that.
