This feature allows for a relay connection, enabling a networked processor to work directly with this software with out the use of a direct connection. Examples would be a wifi enabled arduino controlled from the host with out a wire.
To use this feature set port to a host:port, if the port has a ':' then a SocketSerial connection is made.
