Extract inline bash from the CVE fix SKILL.md into shellcheck-linted scripts, add a make cve-fix target for deterministic end-to-end fixing, and integrate Claude subagent review of all CVE outcomes. Signed-off-by: Daniel Farrell <dfarrell@redhat.com>
