I wrote this enhancement as I have a large music collection and when I play my collection on random, I don’t really like all the songs.
I removed the (previous) fork/PR as there were too many issues with my code The enhancement provides basic functionality (Next/Previous) to control the track being played remotely and this PR is based on a fork I created today (Nov. 10).
The Strawberry player can be controlled remotely via Linux or Android client; I will provide a link to the repo once the player functionality has been accepted.
The code should now incorporate all the previously requested changes.
