Summary

Adds a small XquikClient helper for API-backed tweet search.
Converts Xquik search results into the existing Tweet class.
Keeps the existing scraper flow unchanged.

Validation

Python unittest for test_xquik.py passed.
Python compile check for the new helper and test passed.
Whitespace and public diff scans passed.
