refactor(metadata): move getProxiedUri to shared/lib

Description

Moves getProxiedUri from the metadata feature to app/shared/lib/metadata-proxy.ts.

Changes

• Moves getProxiedUri to app/shared/lib/metadata-proxy.ts, so entities/nft and features/receipt import it from shared.
• Removes getProxiedUri from the @features/metadata barrel.
• Removes get-metadata-json.ts and receipt-page.tsx from the boundaries/dependencies cleanup list in eslint.config.mjs.
