feat: refocus homepage explainer on the NIP-5A protocol#44

The "How it works" section described the web deployer workflow (choose files / hash & upload / publish manifest). Replace it with a protocol- focused "How the protocol works" that explains NIP-5A mechanics (content-addressed blobs, the signed manifest event, resolution by npub), and rephrase the "No accounts needed" point so it describes the protocol rather than the deploy tool.
