2.1.1: Minor bug fixes + code clean up

1. Cleaned up & reduced code base with the following refactors:

• Use wildcard imports to reduce Java import boilerplate

  closes issue large number of subpackages causes a ton of import statements AmTrollin/xtreme-tasker-osrs#39

• Remove the OverlayInputAccess bridge and inject/use overlay access directly

  closes issue OverlayInputAccess + buildOverlayInputAccess doesn't make any sense and is bloating your codebase AmTrollin/xtreme-tasker-osrs#38

• Move long UI strings into ui_text.properties, loaded at plugin startup
• Consolidate duplicated UI rendering primitives, prereq rendering and Collection Log requirement rendering into shared helpers

2. Fixed following bugs

• timer does not stop until user presses mark complete button
• tightened up chat message parsing when detecting clog drops in game
• prevent current task from showing up in sync review UI
