Added a command line interface via clap, with options to watch for different device states (
--on) and filter devices by serial (--serial) or transport type (--usb-only,--tcp-only).Now setting
ANDROID_SERIALby default for the spawned process.Updated dependencies and did some minor refactors.
Also, sorry for the monolithic commit, I got too caught up with the overhaul and forgot to split up my work.
