Add Frosted Acrylic Sheet mod

📦 Mod Description

This PR adds a new mod: Frosted Acrylic Sheet.

It provides a beautiful frosted acrylic visual style for the Windows 11 Taskbar, featuring:

• Acrylic blur background with transparency
• Centered taskbar layout with fixed width
• Rounded corners (5px)
• Optimized icon and button sizing (48×60 px buttons, 40 px icons)

🔧 How It Works

This mod is a style configuration wrapper for the existing Windows 11 Taskbar Styler mod.
It does not replace the Taskbar Styler – instead, it provides ready‑to‑use style constants and control styles that users can copy into the Taskbar Styler’s editor.

After installing this mod, users must follow the instructions in the mod’s README to apply the styles correctly.

• The styles themselves are sourced from my GitHub repository: EvanYFWong/FrostedAcrylicSheet (includes detailed instructions, preview image, and separate .txt files)

📋 Additional Notes

• Required companion: Users must also set the taskbar height and icon size constants (provided in the README).
• Recommended (optional): For a matching look, the TranslucentStartMenu theme by @Undisputed00x works great with this style.

• Works with both light and dark system themes (adapts via theme resources).
