This PR adds tutorials for AMQP 1.0 in our "Getting Started" section. This PR also
adds tabs to the tutorials, so that the user can select between AMQP 1.0 or AMQP 0.9.1.
I did not include RabbitMQ Streams in the protocol tabs, because Stream protocol is not
exactly the same as AMQP, they cover different use cases. I'm happy to include the Stream
protocol in a "protocol tab" and unify all our protocols under tabs.
