the test cases has some flaws
test_faulty_network_stability_100uses 10 nodestest_delay_before_dead_detection_10uses 40 nodestest_bandwidth_20()does duplicate assertionConsidering some cleaning, implemented a bit of idiomatic Rust, and macros to make the perf analysis scale clear and well.
