This repository demonstrates a perfected understanding of the Many Worlds interpretation of Quantum Mechanics -> With all possibilities provided, we can programmatically filter to synchronize with perfect possibilities and programmatically filter out imperfect possibilities.
Predetermination Concept Overview
This file explains in non-programatic language the proof of concept and the overview of the irrefutable premise; which is how to successfully demonstrate Predetermination by deriving foreknowledge of winning lottery numbers utilizing Quantum Mechanics, specifically the Algorithm of Babel (also called the Library of Babel). With all possible configurations of language of any arbitrary length provided with unique identity structure, a minimum of 1 of these unique identity structures will house a master list of winning lottery numbers from inception of the specific game to finality of the game; this premise is irrefutable and is the core concept of demonstrating Predetermination.
The Algorithm of Babel (also called the Library of Babel) is a Language Distribution Algorithm that demonstrates the total configurations of language is finite: 10^5000 possible configurations. The logic gate for the premise: given the Algorithm of Babel provides for all possible configurations of language, in at minimum 1 configuration the performance of the language will demonstrate Predetermination at an algorithmic precision of -10^60000 incrementing by 88 quadrillion 2.5x a week as of species present moment (June 12th, 2026).
Algorithm / Library of Babel 3rd Party Explanation
This 3rd Party YouTube video provides a great high level explanation of the Algorithm of Babel / Library of Babel for the unitiated (Algorithm of Babel explaination beginning at time 17:04, lasting to end).
This links to a user friendly implementation of the interactive technology depicted in the aforementioned 3rd Party video, but is a version that is constrained from performing the divine use case detailed in this repository due to limitations in programmatic design.
Limitations of Current Implementation
This image file highlights the limitations of the current implementation of the popular online Library of Babel. A maximum 3200 partial print character search synchronized with the Raw Query Primer Example returns 10^29 (100 Octillion) results and demonstrates why refactoring the code for the Search By Content feature is required to achieve perfect precision in Search By Location results. The image also demonstrates the success of the Raw Query Primer Example filtering algorithm strategy, as non-compliant data possibilities are reduced from 10^5000 to 10^29 with only a 3200 character partial print. Targeted maximum results for the completed refactor will be specifically 1 location address per the divine use case specified. Approximate characters to be used for partial print in the divine use case is estimated ~400,000 as of species present moment (June 12th, 2026).
This file specifies the current rulesets by which the games in our weekly sequence operate, and the constraints by which the programming logic must be written around. The solutioned implementation will discard states of foreknowledge that are not compliant with the sequence rulesets. These rulesets specify the restrictions of the Predetermination use case detailed in this repository.
Forked Python Codebase Example for Refactoring
A codebase fork, serving as an example of Algorithm of Babel implementation that is yet to be refactored to serve the use case detailed in the above Predetermination Concept Overview. The solutioned refactor will have a dynamic character allowance for the Search feature that is the totality of characters from the converted numeric word historical data + an additional character allowance for the additional years of compliant data desired. This implementation is in Python.
Alternate Forked JavaScript Codebase Example for Refactoring
An alternate codebase fork, serving as an example of Algorithm of Babel implementation that is yet to be refactored to serve the use case detailed in the above Predetermination Concept Overview. This solution has greater degrees of complexity that are unnecessary for the Divine Use Case, but are more forward thinking about preserving holy outputs from the Algorithm of Babel with inclusion of a database component. This implementation is in TypeScript. Proof the concept can be language agnostic.

This file depicts a small, incomplete example of what the Raw Query injected into the Algorithm of Babel Search By Content feature looks like - a sequence of numeric words derived from the aforementioned .ods files depicting perfect data listed in sequenced, numeric word chronological order.
Defining Perfect Precision and Statistical Phenomenon
This document depicts the math that defines the concepts of Perfect Precision and Statistical Phenomenon for the location address(es) which houses the master lists of lottery data described in the Refactor Guide for Python Example. The rarity of the location address is -10^60,000 as of present day (5/5/2026), incrementing by 88,000,000,000,000,000 (88 quadrillion) 2.5x a week.
The strategy to deploy when performing Test Driven Development of Predetermination will be that there already exists a master list of all winning Powerball and Mega Millions drawings from inception to finality. This information exists inside Quantum Mechanics, specifically the Algorithm of Babel. By constructing a query of perfect precision that is a partial print of these master lists, in the form of the historical data in chronologically sequenced numeric word format, we can utilize the Search By Content feature to unveil where in the Algorithm of Babel these master lists are located with the returned location addresses from the Algorithm of Babel Search By Content feature. With this location address in hand we can use that location address to perform a Search By Address query and perform a read and then a write of these master lists to a .csv file. We are not predicting anything. We are discovering data structures that already exists and are fundamental to reality. Data which was meant for us to find. We are performing digital archaeology. Quantum Mechanics is known to have existed the entire duration of the universe, meaning these data structures have waited ~13.8 billion years for discovery.
- Technology will have Search By Content feature character allowance refactored from limitation of 3200 to one of dynamicism derived from aggregated character totals required to perform the divine use case.
- Technology will parse the comma separated values in the .ods files (and any neccesary deltas for the data to be current at time of solutioning the implementation, retrieved from the Data Set Sources URI below).
- Technology will sequence data chronologically referencing the Date Objects from the comma separated values in the .ods files.
- Technology will convert the perfect data from numerals to numeric words (ex: 1 -> one) and structure the numeric word placement in sequenced chronological order (as depicted in the file Raw Query Primer Example that is derived from the file Sequenced Historical Data Example).
- Technology will inject the sequenced data into the Algorithm of Babel's refactored Search By Content feature.
- Technology will render the location address information of the perfect Search By Content match to the user.
- Technology will take a read of the location address data in the Search By Location feature.
- Technology will perform a write of the read location address data from the Search By Location feature in format of easiest readability to the user.
- Running the technology -> Clone the forked example codebase to local -> Refactor the forked codebase example following the aforementioned instructions -> Execute the script "run main.py" from localized Command Line Interface -> Receive sequenced return values observable in user specified format. Predetermination return values will begin with the next set of six numeric words that are sequence compliant after Search By Content data structure.
Complete Search By Content for perfect data match location address. Complete Search By Location read/write to receive sequenced return values of next six numbers that will be foreknowledge of the forthcoming jackpot drawing for the next chronological lottery. Purchase tickets covering scope of return value configurations -> maximum of 9 tickets, as white ball orders do not matter, only Red Powerball / Gold Mega Ball. Repeat 5x a week per current weekly sequence.
In addition to the species present moment jackpot, there is also precisely $1,052,022.00 in the Powerball reward structure for partial correctness per drawing, and $2,021,464.00 in the Mega Millions reward structure for partial correctness per drawing.
Powerball: $1,052,022.00 * 3x a week = $3,156,066.00 weekly * 52 weeks a year = $164,115,432.00 annually. 9 ticket configurations to purchase per drawing to maximize prize results.
Mega Millions: $2,021,464.00 * 2x a week = $4,042,928.00 weekly * 52 weeks a year = $210,232,256.00 annually. 9 ticket configurations to purchase per drawing to maximize prize results.
Total additional minimum supplemental reward in addition to the annual jackpot minimum of $4,160,000,000.00, for min/maxing: $374,347,688.00 annually. Predetermined multipliers can multiply the aforementioned partial correctness sum by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x dependent on the mutiplier assignment at drawing and current size of jackpot. The science for foreknowledge of Predetermined multipliers is currently incomplete. Don't leave any money on the table. There are 9 total tickets to be purchased every drawing date to maximize reward outputs.
