Ingress proxies are migrating from Traefik to Envoy across cluster regions, so the traefik_service_* metrics on /sys_metrics are being replaced by envoy_cluster_upstream_*. Latency metrics also switch from seconds to milliseconds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Replaces the
traefik_service_*rows in the/sys_metricstable on the Monitor Clusters page with theirenvoy_cluster_upstream_*equivalents, per the Traefik → Envoy ingress migration. Also notes the latency unit change (seconds → milliseconds).
