This skill encodes working group guidelines, along with suggested review approaches, to guide agents in writing an initial GitHub Markdown flavored review matrix to paste into a review issue, along with a sidecar with evidence links to help speed the review process and give consistency between reviewers. This skill was evaluated with several different LLMs, against several different proposals, to help prevent over-fitting and provide actionable but general guidance in project reviews
