I’ve staged intro-donnees-ouvertes-liees for publication. You can read it through in Preview and let me know if you notice anything which you'd like to adjust.

A couple of notes:

• I've updated Jonathan's (the original author's) bio and I would be grateful if you could check this translation:

• A link to [Linked Open Vocabularies (LOV)](https://lov.linkeddata.es/dataset/lov)was broken (and directs to a Spanish webpage) so I have found an option for replacement: [Vocabulaires Ouverts](https://vocabulaires-ouverts.inrae.fr/). What do you think? (I've also asked David about this).
