feat(richtext-lexical): support static autolink fields

Supports static autoLinks.fields so stock autolinks can persist additional serialized properties such as newTab: true.

This gives consumers a supported way to store future autolinks with extra field values without falling back to a beforeChange traversal hook. The implementation stays intentionally narrow for now: autoLinks accepts serializable fields, and does not add a callback-based getFields entry point.
