Copy over datacapture-kmp from android-fhir repo

• Copies over datacapture-kmp and sdc-kmp-demo with their related build related files
• Also copies over doc generation files, .github workflow files
• Updates namespace from com.google.android.fhir to dev.ohs.fhir

Delete the sdc-kmp-demo modules and add catalog kmp version instead to be able to test this. This repository should only contain datacapture library and catalog application modules. Ensure you have updated the package names for both modules too to the new dev.ohs namespace.

Closing this, as the changes here are included as part of #2, which also contains the catalog application that showcases usage of the datacapture library
