I dont think we are running tools for previous version. Are we?

Even if done manually, I'm tired of patching this every single time.

But overall I would prefer to have this done via manual actions run rather than by hand.

See #63011, it just works – but yeah, as Matteo said, it's still useful even for running the script outside of GHA
