Immonot is the property portal of French notaries (about 25,000 ads): houses, flats, land and commercial premises, often listed outside the big portals, including notarial online auctions. This guide shows how to scrape French notary real estate listings and build a France property listings scraper: price, living and land area, rooms, city and notary office, with a free Apify Actor from the console or from code.

Apify's free plan includes monthly credits, enough to try it on a few hundred results. Prices are those shown on the Store page when this guide was written; the Store page is the reference.
- For rentals,
priceis the monthly rent; for sales, it is the asking price. livingAreaM2is the floor area shown on the card; for land plots and commercial premises it is the area announced by the notary.rooms,bedrooms,landAreaM2andreferenceare empty when the notary did not give them.- Only the notary office is named. Free-text descriptions are not exported because they often contain the personal contact details of the negotiator.

How do I scrape one department only?
Open the department page on immonot.com, for example Ille-et-Vilaine, and paste its URL in startUrl.
Does it include notarial online auctions?
Yes. Set transaction to interactive-sale to get only those.
Can I compute a price per square metre?
Yes: divide price by livingAreaM2 for sales where both are present, in a spreadsheet or in code.
Does it need a browser or a proxy?
No. Each results page gives 12 listings with full data, so runs are fast and cheap.
