At the time of this Dependabot commit, 1.0.0 is a freshly published release, but the workspace requires dependencies to age for 4,320 minutes before adoption. Updating both the manifest and lockfile immediately bypasses that three-day supply-chain quarantine; defer this bump until the window has elapsed or use the latest eligible version.
