Removes [parse-duration](https://github.com/jkroso/parse-duration). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@graphql-hive/gateway](https://github.com/graphql-hive/gateway/tree/HEAD/packages/gateway). These dependencies need to be updated together.
