After separating the ecosystem checkout from its library container,
audit-workspacesdiscovers sibling repositories by default. Configuration, status and collaboration templates remain in the ecosystem checkout. Document the independent repository layout and Reloaded maintenance ownership without extending the current stable qualification matrix.Validation: the subprocess regression failed on 211d1f9 and passes on fa0e0ab. Ruff, formatting, ty, 111 tests (91.94% coverage), strict MkDocs, package builds and pre-commit pass. The real local audit reports all seven workspaces passing after relocation.
