feat(reporting-package): Allow service name and version to be read from a testRunner object in axe-core results

Details

This PR:

• Makes serviceName optional;
• Allows serviceVersion to optionally be specified and included in HTML reports;
• Allows both to be specified in a testRunner object (sibling of testEngine in Axe-core results).

Motivation

agent#147 and agent#203 (internal access required; agent is an internal tool).
