Refine animation property documentation

Updated text for clarity and consistency, including corrections to capitalization and phrasing. Adjusted examples and explanations for better readability.

• set the examples to match MDN writing guidelines
• sentence case headings
• removed comments from code examples and put them in paragraphs.
• removed the second example, as that was about keyframe animations, not the animation shorthand property.
