feat: improve file and folder navigation panels

Summary

• add richer file/folder navigation panels with file type icons, copy path actions, and shell-opening context menu labels
• add detailed folder list metadata, sortable columns, parent navigation, editable folder paths, and cancellable folder size calculation
• add reusable task sorting across file and folder task views
