  • remove redux-dispatcher-reducer because it was deleted by the owner
  • add redux-dispatcher, a better solution to manage and dispatch actions

Hi @quan-vo-sts , would you mind redoing this PR to add redux-dispatcher? I wrote a script to find all the dead links and removed them all in one commit. Now this conflicts with it. 😐

Besides removing the second newline from the description, I think this looks pretty good 👍
