Summary
Documents DuckLake as a second connection type alongside MotherDuck for DuckDB project connections. The setup tile is now labelled MotherDuck / DuckLake, and the connection type is selected from a toggle inside the form.
DuckLake lets users combine any supported catalog backend (PostgreSQL, SQLite, DuckDB file) with any supported data path (S3-compatible, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, or local filesystem) to query Parquet data files through DuckDB.
Changes
profiles.ymlfor the PostgreSQL + S3 setup and a short note on the inline form used for SQLite / DuckDB-file catalogs.Context
Triggered by the upstream change that adds DuckLake as a second
DuckdbConnectionType(sharing the existing DuckDB warehouse client and dbt-duckdb adapter). Existing MotherDuck connections are unchanged.
