What changed

  • added gold_hourly_monitoring_features with prepared same-hour baselines and normal ranges
  • changed the M1 EventBridge path to hourly detection and connected its SNS event to M3 hourly first-look reports
  • revised M1, M2, and M3 architecture maps so service order, IAM checks, SRM/guardrail branches, and delivery evidence are explicit
  • renamed M4 to Integration Support and added both an answered integration question and deterministic out-of-scope refusal demo
  • neutralized public-facing operational terminology across the site and demo console

Why

The previous demo mixed daily detection with an hourly product narrative, calculated comparison context too late in the flow, and did not visibly explain governance branches or unsupported support requests. This version aligns the data products, infrastructure, architecture explanation, and operation interfaces.

Validation

  • 156 pytest checks passed
  • JavaScript syntax checks passed
  • AWS CDK synthesis passed for all eight default stacks
  • local browser walkthrough passed for M1 → M3, M2 auto-stop evidence, and both M4 scenarios

Scope note

The new infrastructure has been synthesized but not deployed in this update. Existing recording images, the video rendering helper change, and START_DEMO.cmd are intentionally excluded; the demo video was not regenerated.
