Fix crates.io README rendering by using absolute HTTPS links in both root READMEs. Add regression coverage for inline Markdown, HTML href/src, and reference-style links. Verified all seven targets return HTTP 200, the packaged opsail README has no relative links, Node tests pass 85/85, and git diff checks are clean.
