V21-LEARNING-POLICY-P1-DECISION-OUTCOME-CLOSED-LOOP-V2-SUCCESSOR

Fresh-main successor for the Learned Policy Decision→Outcome closed loop after ACV2 Schema 23 canonical migration ordinary-merged and passed its real main-push post-merge validation.

Fresh trusted base

  • main: 4e74d4b2937b7e260c8b833e2758e1f9fabb9c42
  • ACV2 post-merge run 31810324832: Ubuntu GREEN, Windows GREEN, identity/source GREEN, aggregate gate GREEN
  • compare from original governance(v21): authorize Learned Policy decision outcome loop #371 implementation parent 915c487784d991e5c683daa6e167950f310b9a47: ahead 11 / behind 0
  • overlap between that main drift and the original 22 Learned Policy implementation paths: 0

Historical RED preservation

PR #372 remains frozen at test-only Head fb1beeb0e39ad4d6263f71b4c995eb5ec663e6e2 and is evidence only. Its causal RED run 31796413179 remains immutable. This successor does not rebase or cherry-pick #372; after authorization merge it will materialize the exact six test blobs into a fresh direct-child commit and require a fresh causal RED.

Exact implementation seal

Same still-valid 22 paths as #371:

  • count: 22
  • SHA-256: 930bf654a0088c6729ca265443a30e77e895ea0f7a69517df51ac4f207008ff6
  • mandatory first test-only paths: 6
  • six-test SHA-256: 9aff346a55b16f1ae54a743daf15bb18cffc4c1471581556be1eea22acab3142
  • Python dependency controls: 2
  • dependency-control SHA-256: 6a33c99858dfc7d51af9a75dc4834907224196522b2b72991a1f58e606fa43c8

OSS-first

Vowpal Wabbit official latest stable remains 9.11.2, exact commit 122bae254a5b8bc2b774d13b33d53e6dbc2cfba7, BSD-3-Clause. VW owns only the bounded contextual-bandit action head. Existing Learning, Model Brain/LiteLLM, Person, Persona, canonical serialization and immutable signal authorities remain authoritative.

P1 remains deterministic: actionProbability=1.0, exploration=false; only candidateStrategyBranch may be selected. Final reply remains frontier-generated by existing Model Brain/LiteLLM.

Parallel boundary

#223, #139, #211, #67, #20 and #158 remain open Drafts at the already-audited heads. None have landed on trusted main. Their overlap dispositions remain explicit in the authorization JSON; if an overlapping Draft lands before this authorization merge, this proposal becomes stale and must not merge.

Boundary

Authorization only. No implementation authority exists until ordinary two-parent merge from exact main 4e74d4b2937b7e260c8b833e2758e1f9fabb9c42. No workflow/root npm change, live randomized exploration, local learned-policy reply generator, new general-purpose Yance infrastructure, release, publish or automatic promotion.

You've used all free OSS reviews for now. Wait for the free limit to reset to keep reviewing this public repository.

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.
