This builds directly off #9, which should be merged first.
This adds optional support for serde serialization and deserialization, which is enabled using a feature flag.
When that flag is not present, nothing about the library is changed.
In my own use case, I'm planning to use this to cache results for re-use in later runs of CommandCAD.
