… extra - wads-skillify now defers layout/distribution/spec to the canonical skill-package-setup skill (in the `skill` package); keeps the wads-specific assessment + dispatch; adds a 'pip install wads[skills]' prerequisite - pyproject: new optional extra skills = ["skill"] (skill is on PyPI); all unchanged Refs #53

skillpackage'sskill-package-setup(thorwhalen/skill#5);wads-skillifynow defers to it and gains apip install 'wads[skills]'prerequisite. Adds theskills = ["skill"]optional extra (allunchanged; light-install test passes 8/8).
