For FCP the name is Freenet/Hyphanet Client Protocol (to match the abbreviation) Freenet-URI likewise becomes Freenet/Hyphanet-URI

(may be better to merge in the release after the next to avoid delaying any existing PRs with possible merge conflicts -- I’d rather fix those in this PR)
