I'm getting an error installing this branch.

pip install git+https://github.com/hydroshare/hsclient.git@remove-pkg-resources-dependency

I can install it with python3.12

@sblack-usu This error is coming from hsmodels latest release version 1.0.4. This PR for hsmodels fixes that:
hydroshare/hsmodels#58
