Adds icon and logo assets for the ABB Welcome HACS integration (https://github.com/rankjie/ha-abb-welcome), which provides LAN-based door unlock buttons for ABB Welcome / Busch-Jaeger IP gateways. Uses the same ABB branding as the existing abbfreeathome_ci entry.

Hi there 👋🏻 Thank you for your PR! We really appreciate the contribution. However, we'll be closing it, as we no longer accept brand icons for custom integrations in this repository. Starting with Home Assistant 2026.3.0, custom integrations can provide their own brand icons directly, so there's no longer a need to add them here. You can find more details in the announcement: |

Uses the same ABB logo as the existing
