Add a command that displays current hx version

I had an idea to add a typed command that displays current hx version in the info bar at the bottom.

This command provides a couple of small quality of life improvements:

• Fixes a mess that happens when troubleshooting with a few helix builds/installations/instances
• Offers quick access to essential information without the need to go and check installed version
• Simplifies the troubleshooting process by allowing to easily verify the current Helix version while diagnosing and resolving issues
• Enhances efficiency by reducing the time and effort required to gather basic system information, allowing to focus on resolving potential issues faster

I'm not sure I understand the purpose of this command. It's not much work to run hx --version

For me, It's just simplier to type :version when I'm in hx already. It's better to have two ways over one.

If you're on a Unix-based operating system, you can suspend Helix with ctrl-z. If you're on Windows, you can open a new terminal tab or window. And I'm not sure how often one would need to check which version of Helix is installed. It seems like a niche command.

I see where you're coming from, but it doesn't seem to me like the justification to add a command for it outweighs the reasons not to add it.

Ia agree, maybe an :about command would make more sense. It would show all the info, as well as links to github, documentation, etc.

This has been suggested before (#3636). It would be ok to include in a :help output (#997) but it's needless as a command itself
