STAT generation now ignores disabled
Style Name as STAT entryandElidable STAT Axis Value Nameparameters. Proxy iteration includes disabled parameters, unlike lookup by name.Found while porting this logic to fontc (which already skips disabled parameters). Glyphs.app 3.4.1 also respects the disabled flag.
