What does this PR do

  • Adds the project icon before the project name in status-grouped workspace rows.
  • Uses the existing local icon or colored initial fallback.
  • Keeps the workspace or branch name and row metadata unchanged.

How did you verify it

  • Checked status grouping with two projects in desktop and compact web layouts.
  • Status grouping Playwright regression: 1 test passed.
  • Focused sidebar coverage: 14 tests passed.
  • npm run typecheck
  • npm run lint
  • npm run format:check

  • One focused change. Unrelated cleanups split out.
