Adding net10 support is good, but tbh I'd rather not drop 8 and 9 while they're still supported by Microsoft. |

Hello guys,
this PR updates Bolero to .NET 10.
The project currently still targets .NET 6 and .NET 8. .NET 6 is already out of support, and .NET 8 will reach end of support in November 2026. Since .NET 10 is the current LTS release, I propose moving directly to .NET 10 instead of introducing an intermediate upgrade.
