Enhances CF compliance and output naming conventions
- Adds CF compliance attributes for bed layer thickness, bed layer fractions, and sediment percentile datasets.
- Relocates CF attribute writing to the dataset's root group for improved standard adherence.
- Temporarily disables CF attribute generation for vector datasets.
- Implements new output naming conventions for sediment size classes (
_S#) and bed layers (_L#), and renames percentile datasets. - Introduces a
strip_cf_suffixutility function to parse these new dataset names for accurate CF metadata lookup.
