Expo 57 incompatible with RN 0.87

Dependabot moved react-native from 0.86.2 to 0.87.0 (and react/react-dom off Expo’s 19.2.3 pin) while leaving expo at ~57.0.12. SDK 57 is built for React Native 0.86; 0.87 is a breaking release (legacy architecture removed, AGP 9, Strict TypeScript API). @expo/cli still pulls @react-native/dev-middleware@0.86.2 beside RN 0.87, so the example app is likely to fail prebuild, native compile, and Metro.
